Seven generations of Chickering’s have been raised on the family farm situated along the rich river bottomlands of the Connecticut in Westmoreland, New Hampshire. The family patriarch Timothy Chickering acquired the farm in the early 1760s. He went on to serve as a private in the Revolutionary War and during the war he kept and sold oxen for George Washington.

Today the farm generates revenue from milking four hundred Holstein cattle.
